Annual pass holders are no longer required to prebook their visits. You can simply present your annual passes (printed cards or on the app) at the drive-through entrance and again at the walk-through turnstiles for entry.
Annual pass holders can visit the drive-through without a timeslot and go around as many times as you wish. You still need to ensure you visit before the last timeslot of the day, as the drive-through will close after the last timeslot, which is earlier than the walk-through areas of the park.

For our special events like Santa Safari - we will asks all guests to book online in order to avoid disappointment as the grotto timeslots are limited, once we are sold out we will not have further capacity on the day.

If you have a new annual pass (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum): Select 'I already have a ticket or Annual Pass' and then 'Annual Pass Visit Reservation' - choose your annual pass tier (if you have different passes you will need to make separate bookings for different tiers) and continue the process.
You will be able to use your membership numbers (found on your confirmation purchase, under the barcode on the app or printed on your passes if you have paid for this service) in order to reserve your visit online.
If you have an annual pass or pass plus (purchased before 07.02.23): Select 'I already have a ticket or Annual Pass' and then 'Annual Pass Visit Reservation' - choose your annual pass tier:
- Silver Tier - if you have a standard annual pass (doesn't include wristband)
- Gold Tier - if you have an annual pass plus (includes a wristband)
Please note if you have different tier passes, you will need to make separate bookings for different tiers.
You can use your current 'MB' numbers, printed under the barcode on your passes, in order to reserve your visits online. Ensure you have put in the whole membership code, including the letters.
If you are unable to book, or it comes up with code invalid, please just come along with your passes without booking, visit Main Reception where our team will be able to look into this for you.
