Guests booking and paying for admission to WMSP via our website, will receive a Free Return which is valid for 6 months from the date of their visit, we are not able to extend any free returns.
A Free Return is only available when guests book admission online in advance. Guests who arrive without pre-booked tickets will not be entitled to a Free Return Visit.
Free Returns are not valid during any school holiday dates, during special events, evening events, nor on any Bank Holiday dates. Upgrade fees apply to see Santa on valid days during our Santa Safari event.
