We are unable to change the registration number linked to your booking unfortunately.
If you’re unable to visit again in the original vehicle you entered, you MUST bring documentation with you for proof of ownership of that vehicle, i.e.: insurance document, MOT or V5 - something with the number plate printed on and your name and address.
You will also need similar evidence for the new vehicle or photo ID with the corresponding name and address details.
For company cars, we can accept a letter or email from your employer (showing business details in letterhead/email footer) to confirm you were allocated the car reg. on the date of your visit.
If you were using a hire car a similar document confirming the vehicle hire agreement or insurance document can be shown.
