We are unable to change the registration number linked to your booking. If this is your first visit, we do not check the vehicle registration as it is only for the purpose of the free return.
If you have made a mistake with 1/2 incorrect letters/digits on the vehicle registration given, this won't be a problem as well allow for a little user error.
If you are using a different vehicle with your free return visit: you will need to bring documentation with you for proof of ownership of that vehicle, i.e.: insurance document, MOT or V5 - something with the number plate printed on and your name and address.
You will also need similar evidence for the new vehicle or photo ID with the corresponding name and address details.
For company cars, we can accept a letter or email from your employer (showing business details in letterhead/email footer) to confirm you were allocated the car reg. on the date of your visit.
If you were using a hire car, a similar document confirming the vehicle hire agreement or insurance document can be shown.
