If you have be awarded the Standing/Queuing requirement, shown on your Access Card/Nimbus account as 3 figures in a row, you may be able to use an alternative access to our theme park rides on your visit. You must still have purchased a valid ride wristband for the rides.
We do have limited provision to allow queuing at the ride exit for guests who cannot stand/queue. Please speak to a staff member at the wristband office on the day, when you are redeeming/purchasing your wristbands. We will only consider guests for this service who have been assessed by Nimbus Disability as having Standing/Queuing requirements, you will need to show your access card or Nimbus account details for them to check your access requirements on your account.
If we are able to accommodate you at the ride exits, the supervisor will issue you with a sticker to pop on both wristbands. This will be on a 1:1 basis, where the guest who is not able to stand/queue can be accompanied by 1 other paying guest. On quieter days we may be able to allow the family group to go on together.
If a guest is unable to wear their wristband, their adult companion can wear it on their wrist in their stead, our team will just write a brief clothing description on the band.
Please note that having this requirement does not entitle you to a free essential companion ticket or wristband. All guests must pay for their admission and wristbands (if required) in order to visit. Although we will do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible with this requirement, on busy dates it may not always be possible to queue at the ride exits. Please note that there will always be an element of queuing for the rides, you may have to wait 1 or 2 cycles of the ride, and the operator will sometimes guests from the entrance queue where needed before allowing guests queuing at the exits on.
