I need to apply for this on behalf of someone else, do I need to do anything differently?

If you need to apply on behalf of someone else, including your child or a client/resident, you will be able to do so normally through the Nimbus application. 

There are fields to fill in to provide the name of the guest you are applying on behalf of.
