You will be able to renew your passes online up to 7 days before their expiry and 1 month after their expiry. The new passes will be valid from the date you renew them.
Please choose 'Annual Pass' on our book tickets page and then 'Renew my Annual Pass'. Choose your current tier (Silver for Annual Pass and Gold for Annual Pass Plus), selecting how many passes you are renewing on that same tier. You will be able to give your current pass numbers in the box marked 'Your Annual Pass Number' in order to qualify for the discounted price, you will need to include a capital 'R' followed by your membership numbers e.g. RMB12345. You will be asked to confirm your name, date of birth and upload a new photo once payment has been made. If these details are not filled in, you will be directed back to this page if you click to download your tickets or app.
You will receive a confirmation email with your pass number, where you can download our app to store your pass details on your phone. Please note that the confirmation is only proof of purchase, you will need to show the pass on our app or show a printed copy at the park.
If you have paid for a printed pass, our team will get this sorted and ready for collection for you. If you have not given your details and uploaded your photo, we will not be able to print your pass until this is done.
If you have also paid for postage, this will be sent out within a few working days, providing you have given all your information and have uploaded your photo.
If you have a mix of passes, you will need to do each renewal for the different tiers in separate transactions.
If you would like to upgrade your annual pass to a different tier, you will not benefit from your renewal discount and will need to purchase a new pass.
